Recipe for ‘Eggplant Fry with Tamarind Pulp and Sesame Seeds’ and the following steps for preparing this food items:
-1 tablespoon turmeric powder
-1 tablespoon sesame seeds
-2 tablespoon tamarind pulp
-1 tablespoon chilli powder
-1 tablespoon jeera powder
-1 tablespoon sugar
-Salt as required
-2 tablespoon oil
-Cut the Brinjal diagonally and put it in water.
-Take a bowl and put turmeric powder, sesame seeds, tamarind pulp, chilli powder, jeera powder, sugar, salt and little water and mix it.
-Put the mixture on the both side of the Brinjal.
-Heat the oil in the pan and fry the Brinjal.
